The objective of RFP 27 is to solicit proposals from technical, engineering, and service firms experienced in a broad variety of renewable energy technologies and other sectors of sustainable infrastructure to provide services to NY Green Bank (“NYGB”).

Proposers should be able to provide technical and engineering services and/or market fundamentals and analysis and should have experience aiding financial, investment, and asset management institutions. Selected firms will become approved advisors capable of providing advice and representation for NYGB in potential transactions.

This is a multi-step solicitation. All proposers must first submit a Pre-Qualification Paper (template provided in the solicitation package), outlining qualifications, experience, and proposed services by 3:00 p.m. EST on January 22, 2025. Pre-Qualification Papers will be reviewed and scored and selected firms will be contacted to submit a full proposal.
